CityPorts project enters new phase

Council and Port of Rotterdam authority making good time with CityPorts redevelopment

The Rotterdam City Council and the Port of Rotterdam authority have drawn up new agreements for the future development of the docklands area inside the Rotterdam 'diamond': in other words, the CityPorts area. The objectives are still the same, but now the council and the Port of Rotterdam authority will take over responsibility from CityPorts Rotterdam Development Company. Dates have also been agreed for the handover of districts from the Port of Rotterdam authority to the council.
