Port City

Over the next few decades, Waalhaven is to be developed as an attractive location for port-related businesses. There will soon be four modern office buildings available on the south side, each with a total area of approximately 8,000m2, offering spectacular views over the water. Around 800 parking spaces will be provided on newly reclaimed land, which, at 1 space per 40m2 of office space, is more than the recommended standard provision. Other plans for the district include a pavilion, sports facilities and works of art for the external spaces.
