Organisation

The CityPorts area is divided into four districts and one party is responsible for the management, plan development and implementation of projects for each district.

The City Council is in charge of Rijnhaven and Maashaven, while the Port of Rotterdam authority is responsible for the Eemhaven and Waalhaven, along with the RDM Site.

The CityPorts Project Bureau facilitates, organises and monitors progress. It is the link between the partners (the City Council and the Port of Rotterdam authority), local, regional, provincial and national authorities, the business community and educational institutions.
