Development vision
The individual districts within the CityPorts area all have their own distinct identities, plans and possibilities for development. Their different development goals are described in the Urban Development Strategy 2030, or the Rotterdam Urban Vision. To make the City Vision a reality, Rotterdam City Council and the Port of Rotterdam authority have drawn up new agreements regarding the development of the CityPorts area. The long-term development perspective is outlined in the Implementation Programme 2007-2010, while the projects due to get underway in the short term are described in Implementation Programme 15.
